Filmmaking with teens in the juvenile justice system
Filmmaking is used as an intervention strategy for teenagers in the juvenile justice system to inspire a future with possibility.
Through the process of conceptualizing and making an original film, these teenagers acquire a technical proficiency and a creative vision that allows them to imagine a future for themselves that extends beyond their current environment.
Gordon Education invests in capturing stories on film that showcase young people confronting and overcoming challenging circumstances .
These films expose varying artistic and religious traditions to a global audience in order to understand our cultural differences and the universal ties that bind us together.
